Crafting digital
experiences that matter.

I'm Gabriel Jung, a developer and builder based in Seoul, South Korea. I design and develop responsive web platforms, authentication systems, and data-driven applications, focusing on building services that work beautifully across desktop and mobile.

I run and develop projects under DoubleJ, where I work on multiple platforms including community services, authentication infrastructure, and analytics systems. My work ranges from backend architecture and cloud infrastructure to building full-stack web applications.

Recently, Iโ€™ve been designing hybrid infrastructures combining AWS and on-premise NAS systems to create scalable and cost-efficient platforms. Iโ€™m particularly interested in system architecture, developer tooling, and building products that can grow into real services.

Outside of coding, I spend time researching new technologies, improving my systems, and continuously experimenting with new ideas and projects.

How I
build things.

01

Build for everyone.

Technology should help more people enjoy a better world. Accessibility, performance, and inclusion aren't checkboxes at the end โ€” they're the starting point that shapes every decision.

Guiding ยท Motto
02

Boring tech, bold problems.

I pick proven tools โ€” PostgreSQL, Docker, plain HTTP โ€” so energy goes into what actually matters: the novel part of the problem. Hype ages fast; fundamentals compound.

Craft ยท Pragmatism
03

Ship, measure, refine.

A working v1 in front of real users teaches me more in a week than planning does in a month. I keep the loop short: deploy, observe, learn, iterate โ€” then polish what survives.

Process ยท Velocity

Let's build something
remarkable.

Open to full-time roles, consulting projects, and interesting collaborations. If you have a challenging problem that needs a thoughtful engineer, let's talk.
